Marie is determined to find the Doctor

Marie was annoyed that the doctor had fled, but she did not actually blame her. Marie was wearing a full RIG suit (Even though it was quite damaged) and the doctor had barely been wearing enough clothes to cover her body. With how these aliens were, fighting them without wearing armor was suicide. Taking a deep breath and walking back the way she came, Marie was definitely pushing herself to find this doctor. As she moved down the corridor and past the doorway, her thoughts fell on why she was pursuing this doctor so much. Was she being altruistic and hoping to just save them?

Marie couldn't help but think her thoughts were more selfish then that. Deep down, Marie was hoping the doctor had some information on her missing sister. Jane was in the medical field, and even though Marie had not found her in the medical deck, she still hoped she was alive and untainted by this disgusting plague. This doctor could potentially have information on her sister, information that could absolutely be key in saving her. Resolving that she would do anything to help this doctor, Marie pushed forward and continued down the corridors.

Coming to a small T-junction in the corridors, Marie noted that small footsteps on the ground meant that the doctor must've run a different way then Marie had. Deciding that following them would be her best choice here, Marie kept on and entered the large room.

Some type of storage room laid open to her, with dozens of large crates and such scattered around. Communication equipment spilled out of some open crates, and it was obvious some type of battle had happened here. Blood and blaster marks could be seen on the walls and floors. Taking a deep breath and calling out for anyone to hear her, Marie only heard silence.

Noticing a door on the other end, Marie steeled herself and began moving toward it. She surmised that the doctor must've run fast and hard through this area, though it was perfect for an ambush.

As she moved however, Marie couldn't help but feel like something was watching her...
