Many answers and many questions

Her name is Jenna and she was a stunt actress. At least she was until a few years ago when she was **** when she was walking home. The rest of her memories were just flashes, fragmented glimpses of events as she's awoken and confused before being put to sleep again. You concentrate on one of the more recent ones and dive in to relive it.

"Subject 818 has shown a remarkable adaptability and tolerance to the treatments. Muscular density has increased by 30% over the mean for similar subjects and VO2 max is 65% greater than 817's." Jenna's eyes were closed but she could hear a German accented voice in the background.

"Is she ready for deployment? We've invested a lot into her and the upper ranks want to see some return on their investment."

"Ja, she's ready. Recommend a mind wipe before deployment by an agent."

"Why bother, she's never going to see the outside of a stasis tube for the rest of her life. Oh look, she's waking up."

Jenna's eyes flicked open and she saw she was lying almost upright at a 75% angle inside a lab of some sort. Her memories came back to her and she remembered the last few times she also awoke here and started looking around frantically. Around her were similar glass tubes with other men and women who were all asleep.

"Commencing sedation," the German scientist stated in a calm voice as a green gas filled the tube and Jenna's consciousness faded before she could even raise her arms to hit the glass.

As soon as the memory faded, another started up again and you remembered it in horror.

"So this is the one?"

"Affirmative Herr Wilson, she will be your new body for the foreseeable future. If you get caught, you will be disavowed and we will only extract you if an opportunity comes up."

Jenna opens her eyes to see a young latino man starting before the tube. He places his hand on the tube and looks like he mouths a silent sorry before nodding to the scientist.

"I'm ready," and more knockout gas fills the tube before she can react.

There are no newer memories that you can see but this poor woman has clearly been put through a lot in the last few years that you would be surprised if she could even tell how much time had passed. The more shocking revelation is that she was assigned as a body to a man and that he was probably still there. You touch Jenna's body and are disgusted that somehow beneath this slender body was a man that had been wearing her like a cheap suit and couldn't be removed with the power of the white pen. Clearly, the pen had some limitations.

You wondered if his mind was still actively there inside the body you currently wore or if he was as silent and **** as Jenna herself.
