Manticore has found Max.

Max looked up as the door opened and a man walked in. He was dressed in a well pressed suit, his hair cut short, dark glasses covering his eyes. He didn't look anything like the other cops at the station. He had a aura of superiority, he definitely wasn't a Seattle sector cop.

It dawned on Max then that he must be working for the government, the look of horror crossed her face when she realized what that meant, Manticore had found her. With all her speed and strength Max jumped out of her chair and charged the man. She had to get out of there, and quickly. She didn't even make it half way across the room before she felt a sharp prick in her stomach.

"Ahhh," she screamed as pain tore through her body. Jolts of electricity shooting through her muscles causing them to spasm. Falling to the ground she looked up at the man who now stood over her. His hand gripping a stun gun that was still pointed at her. She tried to stand but pain shot through her body causing her to fall back down.

"Nice to see you again.. Max," a familiar voice said. Max looked up to see another man standing over her. As soon as she recognized the face of Donald Lydecker she knew she was fucked. He was the head of Manticore when she was still there. He was the cause of most of her horrible memories from that place. When she and the others escaped he was put in charge of tracking them down.

"Time to go home Max, Manticore hasn't been the same since you left."he told her, a smile on his face. "We've got a lot of catching up to do."
