"Is this some kind of trick question?" you asked. How could a seemingly advanced alien species not be able to figure out if you were a male or female? Couldn't they just look at your... Then you thought back those last moments on the Odyssey and the intense pain you felt in your lower body. Suddenly you had a terrible fear that maybe your penis had been...

"Trick question?" the alien pondered. "Does your species not have sexual differentiation?"

"No...I mean yes...we have male and female sexes. But it's usually pretty damn obvious which is which. Males like me have a penis. Women have larger breasts and a vagina instead," you explained, trying to stay cool about the situation. Yet you wondered why you couldn't feel your penis at all. You hoped that it was still intact.

The alien seemed slightly relieved. "That's good. We took an educated guess and assumed you were male, and also that males of your species would normally have a penis between their legs. As we assessed your injuries, all that was left from your original organ was part of the tip connected to short piece of the adjacent skin which allowed us to guess at the placement but not the size. We spliced it with penile tissue from a Gargo and attempted to shape it into a suitable version for your body size. Fortunately, Gargo tissue is highly regenerative, and is compatible with nearly every species."

You tried to block out the fact that at some point your dick must have been shredded and all that survived was the tip and a bit of the skin. Ouch! Wait, did he just say you've got a giant's dick now? "How big is it?"

"It's approximately 20 cm (8 inches) long, and 14 cm (5.5 inches) in circumference," the Grey responded. "Is that suitable?"

Considering the original was closer to 15 cm (6 inches) long, that sounded like a pretty good upgrade. The circumference sounded big too, but that wasn't something you'd measured before, plus dividing by pi to convert it to a diameter you might be able to relate to wasn't something you could easily do in your head. "Yes. That size should be ok, but I can't feel it."

"The nerve integration will take more time. You'll likely begin to feel sensations in a few hours. Also, there were other organs that needed to be replaced."

"Other organs? Like what," you asked fearfully.

"Much of the area near your penis was badly damaged and whatever organs were there could not be recovered. Based on physiology of other humanoid species, we assumed that the missing organs were likely seminal glands and testicles. We weren't sure where to place the testicles, but we suspected those would hang near the base of the penis."

"Yup, that's right," you added. Phew! But what did they replace them with?

"And we couldn't determine the size of the seminal glands, but based on the size of your torso, we made them large enough to fill the empty space in your abdomen. For both the testicles and seminal glands, we again used donor tissue from a Gargo."

So not only did you have a giant's dick, but also his balls and semen producers. This didn't sound all that bad so far. Hell, this might actually turn out in your favor.
