Making a Bombshell Beauty

Jackson wasn't sure at first what to do, he needed LexCorp and Lex's brilliance, but he also didn't want a bald man being his primary funder, plus Lex admits he's been using a lot of favors, bribes, and other dirty tricks to bury any evidence of his crimes. The only lucky thing was that Lex was smart enough to separate his criminal activities from his company.

So he'd be getting rid of Lex, but he also needed to keep the intelligence Lex has to keep building inventions. Sure Jack can alter reality, but other people will probably notice, they might even be resistant to the effects of the curse.

Thus he decided to layer on multiple different changes. First was giving Lex the 'idea' to give Mercy Graves the proper position as President of LexCorp, which gives her far more power, but the new CEO would be someone 'new'.

The overall verdict, he was gonna use his new power to 'convince' Lex to create a replacement CEO, one that portrayed both a kind soul, and a alluring appearance.

Step 1, "I think it would be genius if you set up the framework for a new identity, one totally removed from your Lex Luthor identity. It would be set up in such a way that nobody but me would be able to think it was falsified. Since this has to be separate, why not make it a female identity?"

That latched in, and when Jack looked at it, he felt it was a legitimate identity. Lex left some sections blank, to be filled in as needed during this process.

Next comment, "I think it would be a great idea if you finished that Serum which can transform someone on the genetic level, but using the Female Kryptonian DNA you found. You know, from that wrecked ship, the one which predates Superman's arrival. You were a step away, it should only take a few minutes."

Jack was being cautious, he might be able to warp reality, but he also knew that it's possible for powers to be nullified. He lived in the Greater Metropolis area, he'd heard the repeated appearances of that imp, Mxyzptlk, if he remembers correctly. His powers could change reality, but it would always change back after defeat.

So he knew that even if things changed directly using the powers, there might be some way to change it back. But if he caused a person to create something within their skillset, then it shouldn't just be 'overridden', it will happen.

The serum was a scrapped project, Lex had been working on it, but hadn't figured out how to properly integrate the new DNA to replace the old DNA in one go. And he was smart enough to never try testing it, at least until now.

With the little prompting, he would complete it using a Kryptonian ship he had managed to keep secret, he hadn't actually known it was kryptonian at first, just that he felt nobody should learn of it. Now he'd but the dna to good use.

The next idea was a bit more creative, "I have an idea, why don't you use minor genes from certain other people, create an alluring and seductive form for the one who it's administered to. Maybe throw in some minor meta-powers that would make them have a commanding presence, one which makes everyone feel like listening would be best for everyone."

Finally change to the formula? Jack said one last idea "Add in a feature, whoever drinks it will be attached to the first person they directly meet. They won't lose any of their intelligence, but will be wholeheartedly devoted to that first person they meet."

Now all that was left was to sit back as Lex made the formula which would be his downfall. You watched as he synthesized the liquid, carefully injecting 'his own' ideas to the serum.

All that was left was setting up a way for Lex to take the control of the company with this new identity.

"Here's my idea..."

Everything was ready, Jack looked Lex straight into his eyes, and gave him the final idea for Lex Luthor, before he became the new CEO of LexCorp, Karen Starr."I have an idea, why don't you apply the serum to yourself, become a female who will not only be able to go toe-to-toe with Superman, but also pull Superman into a trap, one to make Superman and all other heroes to serve the better solution."

And with that, Luthor 'stole' Jackson's idea, and looked at the formula, after drinking it, his body started to morph and melt. Out of his head was blond hair, quickly growing out past his shoulders, his face warping in a kind of gross way, gaining much more feminine traits.

Jack saw as the rough and masculine features started to fold in, becoming softer, more alluring, the hair dropped in front of Lex's face, he brushed it away. Now you saw the gorgeous features, shaped with features like that of a supermodel's features.

He next saw Luthor's throat fold in, smoothing down to remove the Adam's apple. The neck slimming sides, shoulders shrinking in, and arms losing size but not muscle mass, and hands stretching and folding into dainty, feminine hands.

The upper torso was crushed inwards, following the shoulders in shape, but the chest ballooned out, making large, H-cup breasts. Lex's suit was managing to strain against the size, Feminine hands shuffled and squeezed them, a sultry moan escaping 'her' lips.

The serum moved onto the mid and lower torso, a thin waist and wide hips. Jack saw the bulge, formed from the pleasure caused by the transformation, folding in and turning totally smooth. Now 'she' really was she.

Jack watched as the last of Lex Luthor disappeared, legs of Luthor turning into feminine and long, the feat no longer fitting into her former shoes, so she floated up and kicked them off, she then proceeded to remove everything else, letting Jackson see his new follower in her 'birthday suit'.

She then proceeded to use a 'clothes synthesizer' to create her new costume which she then donned, all in a matter of seconds.

"Well then sir, what will you have me do?" The new woman said in her new sultry voice, with Jack thinking he saw pink in her eyes for a brief moment.

"I have an idea, why don't you take on the name of that new identity, which will be your new name. Then you will become my girlfriend, and take over LexCorp, to be able to to help uplift humanity, and take control of the Justice League as needed." Jack said, the idea taking root in the new Karen Starr's mind.

Karen blushed, looking at her now boyfriend, her mind racing in the many ways she could help him. She walked up and pinned Jack to the wall, pressing her body gently against him, as she slowly took a kiss from him. "I'll take LexCorp to knew heights, one that serves your goals, no matter what they might be."
