Which manual?
Makeup
The manual had diagrams of a boys face and where to apply what, standard fare for a theater. Only every result ended with the actors becoming women. There were some photo references of girls, one you recognized as you saw on stage. Madame Laganja, and, "Looks like I caught someone slacking off." Blaire giggled as she hopped up onto a dryer, her short skirt riding up her legs.
"What? I was bored so I thought-"
"You thought you'd read up on makeup?" She giggled.
"Sorry, this is just soooo boring." You closed the binder setting it on the dryer. "I wish I had music at least."
"Music eh?" She takes out her phone from between her bra, "Here." She untwined her headphones and placed one to your ear. Again you were face to face with the most beautiful girl you had ever seen. The music began to play followed in slowly by an angelic voice. Blaire closed her eyes and began to hum and it dawned on you, the angelic voice belonged to her.
"You're a singer?"
"I already told you I was." She didn't bother opening her eyes but leaned closer to you. While in your ear she sang about love and loss and finding hope in the darkness. "If you want," she whispered, "I can teach you."
"I do..." If she asked for your heart on a plate you would've given it to her.
"Really?" She pulled back suddenly, the earbud swung freely from your ear leaving you with the hum of the machines.
"Yeah, I always wanted to learn."
She suddenly smiled again, "Come with me." She pulled you out of the laundry room and sat you down while she pulled open drawers filled with brushes bottles.
"Uh I..." She held a pink bottle to your face before trading it for a new one. She seemed to think you wanted a makeup lesson.
"Yes, sugar?"
"Just..nervous." You really didn't want to admit you stupidly thought she was talking about something else.
"Don't worry, I'll make you as beautiful as me."
"...Great."
She turned you away from the mirror "for effect." she joked while she poked and prodded at your face with brushes and sponges and creams and powders. She told you how to 'paint your face' but you weren't paying attention, just staring at her luscious lips.
After fifteen minutes she backed away smiling, "Ready?"
"As I'll ever be."
"Close your eyes."
She spun your chair around slowly "Okay, open them." All at once you saw a beautiful girl, with a short haircut and a flat chest, but a beautiful girl nonetheless.
"Wow."
"I knew you'd be a cutie." She gushed throwing her arms around you in a hug, "You're a queen sweetie."
"A what?"
A green sequin dress suddenly appeared in the mirror behind you. "That didn't take long."
