Make sure the yard is taken care of

After that, you’re more than motivated to make sure that the yard is in top shape. You grab a rake and the wheel barrow from earlier and start getting up all the grass. The way she said “payment” is stuck in the forefront of your mind.

But you don’t let it distract you too much, as you make sure all the grass is gotten up. You end up having to make multiple trips with the barrow, dumping the grass in the dumpster around the side. On your second trip back, you see Lauren looking at you through the window, but you can’t see below her collar bones… and it looks like she’s not wearing a shirt.

You’re filled with even more determination to make this yard spotless. You get every single loose blade of grass up, look around for any patches you may have missed the first time, when you notice that the grass up against the fence is kinda tall and didn’t get got by the mower. You run into the shed and grab a weed whacker, which you then use to go around the fence line and trim down all the grass that the mower couldn’t get.

Now that that’s done, you realize you need to rake again! Which you do. Takes less than one trip this time, thankfully. You go to put the weed whacker away and notice how the shed is so disorganized, “if I organize this, I’m sure grandma Lauren would be very happy with me” you think to yourself, as there is a very slight movement in your pants.

You move around the stuff in the shed and organize to your satisfaction, and before you know it, it’s been 2 hours since you came back outside. How time flies when you’ve got some proper motivation.
