"Lord Richard... I trust your people, however with all due respect I would like to limit the number of people that know I'm here to the people who already know.... I understand that You, your wife, and Captain Turtus will all be busy helping Margaret get ready for tomorrow, so please if anything is required to be sent to my room only send Elizabeth."

Shrugging Lord Richard agrees and replies, "As you wish John..."

With that, you exit the dining room and head down the hall to the visiting quarters. The king's chambers are just as you remember them.... There are two rooms, one sparsely furnished, one for the king's maid where Rachael will be sleeping tonight, and one that is equally furnished as Lord Chambers. Captain Turtus must have been informed of the Lord's decision because by the time you arrive in the room he had already layed out a complete supply of traveling gear and an assortment of armor and weapons for you to choose from.

As you examine the weapons and Rachael sets herself up in the other room you hear a knock at the door. Setting the weapons down you say, "Come in Elizabeth..."

Elizabeth opens the door, you notice that She doesn't look happy and her makeup under her eyes is running as if she had been crying.

Without saying a word to you, she walks in sets down fresh linens and turns around to walk out.
