Make a break for it.

Stepping out of the room you see a hall to your left that you know are the rooms where the girls are kept, one of which must be Amber's. Or just around the corner to the right is the stairs that lead down to the main floor, and eventually to the front door. Not knowing where you could hide upstairs, or if there is any way to exit from up there, you know the only real option is down. Sadly as you walk down the stairs you hear the madam talking to someone. You slide low down the stairs and peer out the opening and see the madam is talking to a group of what looks like at least a half dozen of the same type of guards that were at the building you hit earlier. “I don't like the idea of him up there alone, if this goes south, you can be sure that it will be the **** of everyone here.” You hear a gruff male voice say, but you can't quite see who it is.

“You are welcome to go up there with him, your friend is the one that insisted on being alone. Now where is Amber, she should have come back by now.” She says next after a moment of silence.

“Wait, one of your fucking girls is up there also?”

“I guess, like I said if you want to go check go right ahead.” She answers, and a lump fills your throat as you start to panic. Looking around you realize the only thing you can do is to try to quickly walk in view and hope there is somewhere else to go, you are pretty sure there was a hall to the side as you step into the room, but you have no idea where it leads. **** down your fears you smooth down the little blue dress and stride around the corner as if you had done it a million times before. A couple of the guards eye your progress, but neither the madam or the man she was talking to are in view, thankfully, and you step out of sight once again a second later down a long hall. Speeding up slightly you make your way down the hall fully aware that you have no working cybernetics, only one bullet, and no other weapons. Then you peer around a corner and see to your right what looks like a doctors office, with one female apparently working on an **** hot brunette. To the left is a blank hall leading to what looks like a back door, sadly there are two guards from the building you robbed in riot armor and holding submachine guns. Seeing no good routs here you realize your only other option is to go up and try to find an open window or path to the roof.
