Mainland China - Where Villains Rule

Here, it's a situation similar to 'The Boys' where only those who get their powers from - and are loyal to - the CCP are allowed to be superheroes (though in actuality they're purpose is for propaganda & control) while all non-Communist Party affiliated or sanctioned superheroism is illegal.
