Magic Man

I decided I would go after the Magic Man. He was a thief who had made himself infamous due to the theatrics he would often employ in his crimes. He was also a famous for his internet videos where he would perform various magic tricks, many of which saw him taking those who interfered as his "assistances", which usually saw them meet their end on camera. Based on his recent crimes, I was able to deduce that his next target would be a jewlry store. I would set up a stake out, wait for him to show up and then take him in.

I pulled up to the jewlry store around 10:00 PM, right around closing time. After the owner locked up I kept a sharp eye out for anything out of the ordinary. It was going on 1 AM when I finally spotted movement. A man dressed like a classic magician appeared in a cloud of smoke. He then pulled out a magic wand and waved it at the glass door. He then stepped through the door as if there was no glass at all. How the hell did he do that?

Regardless, it was time to make my move. How should I approach this? Should I go in behind him or maybe go around back and surprise him.
