MC organization

Perhaps there should be (or already is, who really knows? wink) an organization. Would it be more of a police type organization or simply a group who shares their thoughts on the matter. Its motivations would depend entirely on who exactly made up the group. It could be devoted to increasing its own power base or maybe to keep unauthorized users leashed, or maybe even world dominance. It could be in place already. Military boot camp has many elements of "reprogramming" someone to be able to follow orders without thinking while retaining their personality, but the same ideas could be twisted to cause total devotion and mindless automation.
