Lunchtime

Sylvain and Hilda paused briefly before heading towards the dining hall for lunch "I think for the rest of the day we should split up for now." Sylvain said, Hilda nodding in agreement. More than having to do what Sylvain asked, she did not want Ingrid to come after her with a spear. 'Maybe there is something to Ingrid being interested in Sylvain... share with Marianne later?' Hilda thought to herself as she split off from Sylvain to talk with the blue haired girl with the other Golden deer.

Sylvain, meanwhile, headed over to sit with the rest of the Blue Lions, spotting Mercedes sitting with Annette. "Hey there, how are things going?" He asked sitting on Annette's other side.

"Hello Sylvain, things are going well here. Though Annette hasn't made the most progress with her studying after you left." Mercedes said, patting Annie's shoulder, the shorter redhead blushing hard while determinedly trying to eat while not looking at either of them at the moment.

"That's a shame. Well, I think another misunderstanding may have pissed off Ingrid more." After a questioning look, he retold the story based on what Hilda had come up with. Mercedes wasn't fooled, but put on a sympathetic smile. Annette, on the other hand, was quite sympathetic.

"That's a real shame, it's not your fault Hilda extorted work from you." She patted his shoulder, though she was suddenly thinking back to the Golden deer's odd behavior in the library.
