Seol Hee was just your average, super popular Korean-pop idol until a terrorist attack from A.I.M led to her being trapped inside a Stark Industries cold fusion reactor which soon malfunctioned. This incident granted Seol ice based powers, producing dark and light ice. Her dark ice is used to harm other with destructive nature, corroding and destablizing whatever it hits on molecular level, while light ice is used to heal with the restorative light imbued within it, allowing her to mend wounds. She can also just freeze things like normal. Luna Snow uses her position as an idol and hero to bring hope to the world around her, with not even the Timestream Entanglement slowing her down.
