Chapter 3 by Anonymous51 Anonymous51

Who?

Lucy Smith, the Quarterback

Like I said, most people were either too afraid or hated me too much to even approach me. The major exception to that was Lucy Smith, the quarterback for the football team. In my own reality, she was a pretty girly girl and one of the cheerleaders. In this one? She was more like a tomboy, but again, a lot of the girls here were like that. As I said earlier, in this reality, the social rules between males and females were swapped. But it was more than just how they behaved in society. Girls didn't just act like guys, they dressed like them too; they didn't want to look pretty, thinking that it was really "gay", so no make-up or jewelry; and they had guy-haircuts, even letting body-hair grow out. I mean, that was disgusting, right? But to them, it was all perfectly normal. Guys, on the other hand, didn't just normally behave like girls, they dressed like them too (even wearing bras, even though it made no sense!). Guys wanted to be pretty, wearing make-up, jewelry, and even growing their hair long and styled in a bunch of different ways that in my reality would have been done normally by females. Oh, and guys shaved their whole bodies. To not do that would be simply intolerable and frankly disgusting. I learned all of that the hard way.

So anyway, back to Lucy ... I thought she was a cool person back in the normal universe, though maybe a little too much on the bubbly side, but in this universe? She was an arrogant self-absorbed dick (or rather "vag", as people say in this world). She's still good-looking, I suppose. But with all of her girlishness gone, replaced by her more boyish looks (buzzed hairdo, no make-up or jewelry, and much more muscular, not mention the baggy boy clothes she now wore), what most people here would call hunky, it was kind of a turn-off for me. In fact, now that every girl strove for that same general look, none of them were all that attractive to me, except for maybe some of the "tomboys". Tomboys were girls who liked to do boy things, but since gender roles were reversed, in this universe they were the closest thing to what girls were like in my own universe. Oh, I miss my own universe so much! Anyway, back to Lucy again ... yes, she might be somewhat good-looking, I suppose, but her attitude made it impossible for me to even be interested in her. The thing was, though, it was her attitude that made her one of the few girls to even approach me in an attempt to try to win me over. She had already tried twice before. Maybe she thought that the third time was the charm?

"So, babe," Lucy said, walking into the quickly-emptying classroom. "Have you given my request any thought? It'd be totally awesome if we could go to Britney's birthday party together."

Soon, the classroom was empty and it was just me and Lucy, who I had a feeling wouldn't take "no" for an answer, this time.

Will I go to the party with Lucy?
