Loyalty in the servant's quarters

Author's note: Just a quick chapter for now. I have the outline for the next several chapters written, I just need to fill in the details. I am having a bit of writer's block, so I'm dabbling in a few other stories while I work through it. I haven't forgotten this story and am working on it, I promise.

"What should we do Lu? Should we... silence her?" The maid named Erica asked as they quietly sat in the lounge at the end of the servant's quarters.

All the other maids, as well as half a dozen harem guards, sat with them. As the only Lotus Sister also a member of the Stretcher King's harem, Lu Zhao was the one the others turned to for guidance on this mess. Even Captain Angela Keeting sought the young maid's council.
