The apocalypse has come and gone. The old world, with their wars over dimensioning resources, are gone. But the remnants of it remain. Whether it be the devastation brought on from the bombs themselves or the damage done during the sexual culture wars between nations to the morality and values of those that survived. Now all that's left is the wasteland and the survivors who try to rebuild society from the ashes. But even they cannot escape the lingering effects of the old world. Violence, drugs and most of all sex litter the ruins of this burned world as everyone tries to make it day to day. This is the lore of that new world and other information on things, people, places and events within it.
