Looker Modeling: Black Widow goes undercover

"It's a pleasure to meet the notorious Black Widow herself." Emily said, extending her hand.

"I see you've done your research," Natasha said, shaking Emily's hand firmly.

"As much as I possibly could," Emily admitted. "Lots of redacted information and classified details in those documents. They were pretty much all blacked out. But I was able to get enough out of them to at least learn something."

"Such as?" Natasha asked curiously.

"Mostly your covert work as a member of the Avengers. Not exactly the face of the team, are you?"

Natasha nodded. "Well, I'm a spy. We tend to be much more effective when we're not in the spotlight."

"True enough," Emily conceded. "Still, with your face and your body, It's kind of a shame you're not in front of a camera more often. I mean, if you had come here for a job interview I'd have hired, you no questions asked."

"Funny you should mention hiring me... that is actually the reason I'm here," Natasha explained.

"Wait... you're actually asking to model for us?" Emily asked slightly taken aback.

"I've been gathering info on a company in the fashion industry that has ties to HYDRA. Afterburn Apparel," Natasha answered.

"Afterburn Apparel... I've spoken with them in the past," Emily said. "Some of their execs gave me pretty bad vibes. I'd have expected them to be linked to the likes of a Kingpin or a Veronica Cale, but HYDRA... damn."

"And you in particular have a reputation for not only trying to expose the industry's dark underbelly, but also helping survivors and victims of any exploitation they may have experienced. If there's any agency in this business I can trust, it's yours," Natasha continued.

"Sounds like you've done plenty of research yourself," Emily said, impressed.

"Part of the job," Natasha replied. "I need to know who I'm working with -- for example, if I'm going to be working closely with a vampire, I need to know what I'm getting into."

Emily paused for a moment. "I guess I shouldn't be surprised you know that... it's not something I share with people I don't trust, but I guess I wouldn't call it a secret, either."

"Whatever the case, your reputation speaks for itself," Natasha continued. "If I'm going to go undercover, I'd like to know I have someone who has my back. These are very powerful people I'm trying to take down, and I need every ally I can get... especially if my cover is blown."

"Then you've come to the right agency, Miss Romanoff," Emily assured. "Welcome to the Looker modeling agency. I take it you know about our involvement in taking down the Hobgoblin?"

"Of course I do. It's a big reason I'm here -- Roderick Kingsley's company partook in corporate espionage, among other things. I also found links to the company I'm investigating."

"...In that case, I'll forward everything our agency has gathered on them," Emily offered, "I'm sure there's info you can use there that we might not be able to."

"I would appreciate that," Natasha agreed. "Now, tell me about Looker Modeling Agency..."
