Lenny rolled his eyes, convinced that this was a bot, but he had nothing better to do so he started to watch the video. Afterwards, he would report the guy.

As he played the video, he came across the image of a shirtless muscular guy flexing his biceps who said "Bro, this is so sexy, look at my fucking guns and these abs, you should have them too."

Lenny rolled his eyes. Surely it was some weird advertisement for some supplements or a gym. That or a wrong number. The guy continued, "Hot mode activated."

That phrase was heard in Lenny's mind with such clarity that it sounded as if it had been said right in his ear.

The video ended leaving him back in the chat. Somewhat dazed, he just closed the app. He tried to continue eating his breakfast but he felt a strange warmth spreading inside of him.
