Look around.

You look about the room. It is very luxurious looking, but aside from a chair, table, the tub and the bed there isn't much else but silk curtains and tapestries. The tapestries display some erotic pictures, though they all seem to be women with pointed ears, not that your member complains at all. Fighting to keep it down you look out the window.

Through the window you can see the forest spreading out into the darkness of the night. You are quite high up, high enough that were you to jump you would wind up breaking your neck you're sure, and the walls seem featureless stone that would not give you anywhere to grip.
