Look around the car for something you can use to cover up.

As it was clear that Alicia didn't plan on stopping to let me go get something to wear, I began to frantically look around the vehicle for something to cover myself with. As I did, I wasn't paying attention to what Alicia was doing, so when I sat back to catch my breath before the next search, I shrieked. There going the exact same speed as we were, was a bus load of tourists, most of which were taking pictures of my nudity.
