Lisa is pregnant with a pair of twins and her stepson is the real father!

"Thanks! You are such a sweet young man!" Lisa said as she's taking a tray full of meat sandwiches and some fries from you and the meal itself is definitely big enough to feed more than just two people.

Then, her stepson sits down beside her and begin to eat along with her. He then takes a look at his stepmother, who is munching on the foods like there is no tomorrow.

Suddenly, his mother stopped eating and then rub her belly out of nowhere. She is still chewing some fries in her mouth, of course.

"Oh! One of the babies just kicked!" Lisa said as she's rubbing the belly after she felt one of the babies kicked from the inside.

Upon hearing that, he cannot helped but smile after he turned to look at her.
