Lisa doesn't feel like dieing.

Lisa considered her options, on one hand she didn't want to give up her virginity at a whore house, but on the other, dieing didn't seem like a good option. On top of that she didn't want to leave Beth and Billy here with no one, so skiping town with the thugs money was out of the question.... but working as a barmaid didn't sound so bad....

"I'll try the bar's, the lynchers won't expect some hapless barmaid to fight them."

Beth beamed at Lisa, apparently happy with her decision. The sheriff all though didn't seem as pleased.

He reached over and put the badge back in its drawer, then sighed "Well I can't stop ya, but if you can't find a job my offer still stands."
