"Oh my God, Lisa! What are you wearing?!?" my sister exclaimed.

"Do you like it?" I asked. "Tommy gave it to me as an early birthday present!"

Ava gawked at me for some reason. She was acting really weird.

"Tommy. Your adult son bought you a corset," she said.

"Yeah!" I said. "Wasn't that sweet of him?"

"No, it's not sweet of him!" Ava exclaimed. "It's sick! And why would you wear it?"

I really didn't understand why she was so upset,

"Because I look pretty in it and my son bought it for me," I explained. "What other reason would I need?"

"Have you gone insane, Lisa?" Ava asked. "I know being a single mother has been stressful. Did you finally just snap?"

I scoffed at my sister.

"Hardly," I said. "Really, I've been dealing with stress a lot better since Tommy taught me self-hypnosis."

"Self-hypnosis?" Ava said. "What do you mean? Did...did he hypnotize you into wearing that?"

"Don't be ridiculous, Ava," I chided. "Everyone knows you can't hypnotize someone into doing something they don't want to do."

"But…" Ava started to argue.

"Oh, Hi Aunt Ava!" Tommy said. "Mom said you might come over!"

"Tommy!" I exclaimed, so relieved to have someone to help me deal with Ava's nonsense.

"What did you do to your mother?" Ava demanded of my son.

"Ava thinks you hypnotized me into wearing my early birthday present," I explained, rolling my eyes at the absurdity.

"Why would I do that?" Tommy said, as flabbergasted as I was at the idea. "She really likes it! I guessed her measurements right and everything!"

"It's a corset, for God's sake!" Ava said, pointing out the obvious. "You hypnotized your MOTHER into wearing a CORSET!"

"Now that's just ridiculous, Aunt Ava," Tommy said. "Everyone knows you can't hypnotize someone into doing something they don't want to do."

"That's what I was trying to explain to her!" I told my son. "She just doesn't seem to get it!"

"Maybe I can help," he said, pulling the quartz crystal he wears on a cord around his neck out. "Look at this, Aunt Ava."

"What is that?" Ava demanded. "Is that what you used to hypnotize her?"

"Of course not, Ava," he said, letting the crystal spin on its cord, back and forth, back and forth. "No one really hypnotizes another person. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis."

"It's true," I confirmed. "One person can't hypnotize another person. You have to hypnotize yourself;. Just stare at the crystal, Ava. You'll see!"

But she was already staring at it. So I stared at it too and helped myself let go of all my stress, even the stress of my sister acting so weird.

"You.. you can't hypnotize me!" Ava stammered frantii.

"Of course I can't, Ava," Tommy said. "Not at all! Just stare at the crystal and relax, knowing I can't hypnotize you "

Duh! I can't believe our mother once called Ava 'the smart one's. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. How did she not know that.

"You can't... hypnotize...me…" Ava said in a soft, dreamy voice.

She was getting it! She was learning self-hypnosis! For all my annoyance with her, I do love my sister, so I was glad she was finally learning the trick that would help her relax and manage her stress.

"Everything is fine," Tommy observed. "We're family. We love each other. We trust each other."

I often remind myself of this under self-hypnosis. I reminded myself again, just to keep in practice. Ava reminded us all, out loud.

"Everything is fine," My older sister said, not a trace of stress left in her voice. "We're family.... We love each other….. We trust each other...."

"Mom, could you be a sweetheart and go get the box I left on my bed?" My son asked. "I got a present for Aunt Ava. She's going to like it a lot."

"I'm going to like it a lot…" Ava agreed.

Of course she would! Why wouldn't she?

I scurried off in the high heels Tommy had given me to match my corset as Tommy continued to speak gently to Ava. It was her first time with self-hypnosis, so she no doubt needed some guidance. Maybe with practice she'd get as good at it as I am!

I found the big, flat box on Tommy's bed. He had made his bed since last night. Such a good boy! I resisted the urge to peek in the box. I've gotten much more disciplined since I discovered the benefits of self-hypnosis. Tommy said go fetch the box and bring it, not go peek in the box and bring it. I'm a good mother. A good mother does what her son tells her. Everyone knows that!

Ava was still staring at Tommy's crystal, practicing her self-hypnosis, when I returned with the box, but then Tommy tucked it away beneath his shirt again and Ava blinked herself out of meditation and smiled brightly at Tommy and then at me.

"That's amazing! She said. "I feel so relaxed!"

Duh! That's the whole point!

"And you're not afraid I'll hypnotize you into doing something you don't want to do, Aunt Ava?" Tommy asked.

"Of course not!" Ava said. "All hypnosis is self-hypnosis! That's why no one can hypnotize you do doing something you don't want to do!"

"Everyone knows that!" I said.

I don't know why Ava always feels the need to state the obvious.

"Well, then I must want to give my Dear Aunt Ava this late birthday present!" Tommy said, taking the box from me and handing it to her.". "Mom reminded me I had forgotten it last month."

I didn't remember that, but everything Tommy says is true, so I must have. He's such an honest young man!

"I'm sure I'm going to like it a lot!" Ava said.

Of course she would! If Tommy picked it for her, it must be perfect!

Ava squealed when she opened it and found the corset, thong and heels.

"Oh Tommy! I've always wanted to wear something like this!" She exclaimed. "Can I put it on right now?"

"Of course, Aunt Ava," Tommy said.

"You can change in front of us right here," I told her. "We're family so there's nothing to be embarrassed about."

"Of course not," Ava said. "Everyone knows that!"

I rolled my eyes at my sister suddenly being an expert on these things, but then I proceeded to ogle her while she stripped. After all, she's my sister. How could I NOT find her sexually attractive?

Tommy helped her wiggle into her present, helpful boy that he is, and then we both admired her as she strutted about, showing it off.

She did look REALLY hot in it, so it gave me a thrill when Tommy leaned in to whisper "You've got the better ass, Mom."

Every mother wants her son to appreciate her. Everyone knows that. And even though I know my boy always tells me the truth, I admit it gave me an extra assurance when he reached back to give my ass a squeeze. It is better than my sister's! Though I'd still love to mack down on Ava's.

"Hey, Lisa?" Ava asked after thoroughly showing off her present from every angle. "I know Tommy is your son, but do you think I could fuck him? I just want to show him that I appreciate my present."

"Ava, you're a guest in our house and you're family," I told her. "Obviously we're both going to fuck your brains out."

Didn't she know anything? The smart one indeed.
