Linda gets coaxed out of her quarters.

Ensign's Log:

I took another day to myself. It was too much embarrassment to bear; heading out in front of everyone when two thirds of the crew saw me make an exhibition of myself. I could do my navigation duties in my quarters just fine. I did start to get a little pent up from not going out, so I was happy to answer the call when Isa chirped up on my vid screen.

"Well, how's it going, hero?" Isa asked.

I looked away sheepishly. "I don't feel like much of a hero," I said, "More like a shameful tart..."

Isa smiled warmly and said, "You did a brave thing and saved Ensign Westland's life in the process. I don't think just anyone could have pulled off what you did..."

I covered my face with my hands, "Well, most of the crew got a good demonstration for next time, should the need arise."

"Don't look so down on yourself about it. Some of us found it kind of hot that you'd be willing to do that for one of them." Isa winked, "I know I'd be flattered if you went all out like that for me..."

I smirked back at her, "You know what I'd do for you..." Hey eyes glossed over with a wistful grin as our thoughts went back to our private video session.

"And have the vids to prove it..." she smiled back. I turned pale. "...For my personal collection... I won't show it to anyone else, I swear!" She crossed her heart and gave a placating smile. I still wasn't too keen on her having a saved video of my private performance the day before, but I couldn't exactly order her to delete it and she wasn't offering, so I simply grimaced. Isa quickly changed the subject, "Anyways, the captain wanted to know if you were alright as well, since you didn't report for duty today."

"I'll be alright," I sighed, "I just don't feel up to facing an audience again so soon..."

Isa smiled at me, "I totally get it... but remember, we're all proud of you. No one's making fun of what you did, we all think it was very brave." She turned her head to the side and gave me a sidelong glance, "And if you show up for bridge duty tomorrow, I think some of use would like to show our appreciation for what you did..."

I blinked, drawing a blank at what was being offered. Before I could ask for more details, Isa logged off and I was staring at a blank screen. If anything, Isa was making it more enticing to come out of my hiding spot. What sort of appreciation were they going to show? Would Isa and Commander Kokuru be there? Like they get together on the holodeck? Would they be able to convince the rest of the bridge to have an orgy? I felt my body flush with heat at the thought. The invitation to bridge duty was becoming more and more enticing. I was probably overthinking it though. There is no way they would do something like that for real. It's just holo-fantasy. But what if it was real?
