Lina arrives tactically late at night

It wasn't until sunset that Mia's legs allowed her back home. As soon as she got back, she went straight to bed to finish what she'd started earlier that day and passed out asleep.

Meanwhile, Lina was on the long drive from her college dorm to the family home, still wearing a top she was dreading her family seeing. She'd planned to arrive home under the cover of darkness and to get any frustration at other drivers out of her system before her 'judginess bar' reset at midnight. That way she'd have a clean slate for what to wear to her family's party.

Her clothing restrictions and constant vigilance aiming to avoid judging anyone had been arduous at college, where half the girls already wore the clothes she was being made to wear, but the standard at this party had to be impeccable. All of the elders from her family will be there: parents, uncles, aunts, cousins, grandparents. These are the very conservative people Lina had learned her ways from. She could not afford to slip up tomorrow.

Upon arrival, Lina slips into the house undetected.
