Lily has a chat with Jester about how she's feeling.

Lily laid back in the tub, soaking in the warm water, infused with lavender. Any time she felt herself particularly stressed out or upset, she had a soak, the royal mage insisting lavender was beneficial to her negative emotions. It was true, her mother had her relatively annoyed, and she found the idea of a ball to be... humiliating. She was a princess, people worshipped her, looked up to her, she should be able to decide how she lived her own life.

Several minutes passed before she heard a faint knock on the door. It was Jester, checking in on her. "M'lady, might I enter the room?" Her voice was soft, Lily always found it to be incredibly soothing. "You may." Lily responded, gently swaying her arms through the water, watching the little ripples bounce around. Jester stepped in, closing the door behind her. "I noticed you've been under some stress as of late, m'lady, is there anything I can do to ease your mind?" She sat on a stool next to the princess, smiling down at her, smoothing out her maid dress. Lily sighed, the hot air blowing her bangs out of her eyes for a moment. "I'm not sure, mother is putting a lot of stress on me to find a suitor, and to be frank with you, I'm not sure I want to be wed at such a young age."

Jester listened intently, allowing the princess to vent for awhile, hoping that would help, if only a little. Finally, she spoke up, offering a washcloth to the slightly wrinkled princess, "Might I suggest detaching yourself from the situation, perhaps a distraction to take your mind off of it?" Lily sat up, listening as she washed her body, taking her time. "What would you suggest? Mother refuses to let me do anything improper, as it's not 'lady like', you know."

A wicked smile formed across Jester's lips, "Oh princess, I've just the thing in mind... and don't worry, it's perfect for a lady."
