Life User Ambush

Mel walked through the Apricot Forest only to come across a river…

“Ohh, better be careful, I don’t know if all this easily rustable…”

Then suddenly a bunch of tree roots grabbed her..

“What the—“

A bunch of Life Users came out of hiding as they used their powers to lower her closer to the river..

As her head reached the river, she felt it starting to slip off of her, drowning away into nothing..

Her human face was revealed by Leon and the other life Users to inhabit the forest..

“What’s a Metal User like you doing out here?!” Demanded Leon angrily

“What….?”

“Don’t play dumb, I know exactly what you are, You’re a not just a Metal User, you’re a Mercury User!!” He said as Mel looked confused..

“What, What do mean Mercury User?!”

“…. Enough, you’re confusion won’t be enough to prove to me you’re not a Metal user, you’re going to our jail!!”

1.) Leon has the rest of the Mercury scrubbed off of her by the river, and has her thrown into a cell by herself..

2.) Mel gets thrown in a cell with another Metal User, they talk with themselves and what happened to each other..

3.) Mel finds herself growing more desperate to escape as Leon realizes this and puts a stop to it, explaining he knows that her desperation can help her use Mercury..
