Lieutenant

There are only 2 lieutenants in each company. They are the seconds in command to the company's captain. During battles too difficult for a regular squad to handle, the company will split into 2 squads of 50. Each is lead by a lieutenant. A lieutenant armor is the standard colour of their chapter except for there helmet. Their helmet has 2 thin white lines on top. In the center of these white lines is a 3rd thick line of the colour of the sergeants helmet.

Once a lieutenant, a space marine is allowed an alien sex ****. More xenophobic chapters like the Black Templars are exempt from this rite. It's hard to capture an alien. There purpose is to be used for kinky sex so the Empress gets more power, not to be killed on the spot.
