Lets Go Deeper. [WM]

Astrid held tightly to her sword as she led the way through the dungeon. It was one of the cheapest swords on the market, but it would do the job. She didn't fully know why she agreed to come along with Vivian. They were peers and knew each other, but... Bah, who was she kidding? She knew why. It was because she had a crush on the woman. Plus, she liked adventuring. She looked back to make sure Vivian was still behind her, blushing as their eyes for a moment, but quick to look back to the way they were going as to not show her reddening face.

She hoped there was some loot down here that made this worthwhile. Though, she wasn't going to complain about being alone in a scary place with her crush. She was glad Vivian had her "light" spell, because Astrid's dumbass forgot to bring anything to provide light. The little ball of magic lit up their surroundings well. Astrid let her hand brush along the wall as they slowly walked, limestone she would guess based on the color. It was cracked and old but some of it was ornate, and beautifully carved. Easily classified as a work of art in her opinion. And that was just the walls.

"Right." She responded to Vivian before coming to the intersection and turning right. Viv's light was slow to catch up so Astrid saw nothing but dancing shadows for a moment as she peered into the darkness. And when she could finally see again, she continued, counting her steps. Once she counted twenty she stopped. "Okay, so where is the hidden doo-" She cut herself off as she noticed a crack in the wall that didn't look like the rest of the aging limestone. When she stuck her hand in the crack, even if it was scary to do so, she found a switch and flipped it. Part of the wall opened, revealing a hidden door that slowly slid open.

‎‎ ‎‎"Oh." This part seemed like a narrow corridor, only wide enough to fit one person at a time, width-wise. As she walked into this new path Astrid noted that there was foliage in this hidden part of the dungeon. Vines, mushrooms, and the typical greens you might see in a cave. Then, without warning Vivian's light went out causing Astrid to abruptly stop not realizing she might have stopped too quickly for Vivian. Some kind of magic-cancelling rune? She could feel it. "I think there's a rune to cancel magic somewhere nearby." She stated looking around in the darkness.
