Let the lad have some fun

“Ah alright lad, suppose we can least’ check it out.” You say readying the lantern which hangs from your pack.

“Yay!” Gilly does a joyous twirl and runs off towards the entrance of the cave.

Petra walks up beside you with a concerned look in her eyes. “Iyda is this a good idea? If something happened, I’m not so sure Gilly could handle himself in a fight…”

“Look how happy he is Petra. Could we really call ourselves heroes if we took this away from him?” The two of you cast your gaze towards Gilly who seems to be doing a little dance at the cave’s entrance.

“Hurry up guys!” Gilly beckons you with a wave before sprinting into the darkness of the cave.

“Hey Gilly! Don’t run so for ahead!” Petra jogs after him clutching her staff.
