Let the girls decide for themselves

"Well, I don't mind really." Jack sighed, as he left the choice for his daughters to decide upon. He knew that it always ended up like Catherine wanted though, and Kim had never been the kind of the girl to sulk about anything, at least not for long.

"Thanks dad!" His oldest daughter flashed him another of her brilliant smiles as he handed her the remote, and soon enough they'd changed over to watch what he assumed would be yet another of those mass produced romantic comedies or dramas that she seemed so fond of. This one turned out to have a twist of mystery and horror however, which automatically seemed to raise the age limit of more than just the violent parts of the plot.

"Oh, my..." He heard Catherine smiling under her breath, as the movie practically started with a heated love scene just a few minutes in. Meanwhile her sister cringed a little on her seat on his other side, though neither she or Kimberly seemed to be in a hurry to leave, and they continued watching with varied reactions as the scenes got increasingly more heated in more ways than expected.

Just a few years ago, Jack would've probably turned the TV off already, but as his daughters grew older he'd been **** to accept that they too had all the rights to watch this kind of things if they wished to. Only Kim had been too young back then after all, at least according to himself, but by now even she was well above the age limit allowed for this one.

And in a way he had to admit it was quite amusing to watch their reactions too, which was something he'd rarely got the chance to do as long as he made the pick for what they'd be watching together like this. In fact, when deciding upon a movie to watch alone with his wife it would almost certainly be something more similar to what they were watching right now.

There was always some benefits coming out of watching a good horror flick together with a girl, at least according to Jack's experience, and even more so if it also got some romance and steamy sex scenes going on as well, which this one seemed to have in plenty. To watch it with his own three daughters was far from the same thing of course, though it was still amusing to see Jennie cuddle up in her corner of the couch, while Kimberly decided to get up in the chair, instead of remaining stretched out on the floor.

Only Kate was acting like he'd come to expect of a girl in the same situation, although it was by far more confusing than convenient to find his own daughter snuggling up close to his side while the movie was quickly building up in excitement. Again there was two rather different sides to this, as far as Jack was concerned, and at the one hand he was fairly content about being this close and dependable to somebody else.

On the other hand, however, it quickly became rather awkward to feel his own daughter's firm chest pushed up against his arm, and even more so as the scenes became even more explicit the further into the movie they got. In other words it didn't take too long before Jack's pulse was racing, and all he could hope for was that Catherine remained unaware of her father's quite inappropriate reaction to her own intimacy...
