Let her go

"Genie," you say while still looking at Nasim.

"Yes, master."

"Do you have all her memories?" you ask. Nasim's eyes widen.

"No. But I can if you wish," Genie responds.

"I wish it. And I you want to take on her other characteristics and demeanor, except that you're going to be much nicer to me," you smile at Nasim.

"Your wish is my command, master," Genie says and instantly you can feel the difference on its tone. It comes to your side and puts her arms around yours.

On the ground, Nasim is fuming as she looks a replica of her standing next to you. "We had a deal," she says.

"Yes, you begged for mercy by presenting your body to me. I won't kill you like you tried to do to me. Leave now."

You can see Nasim clenching her fists but she knows there's nothing she can do. She gets up and puts on her dress that's covered in sand, then strides pass you and everyone indignantly with her head held high. You have to admire her composure and the way she still carries herself.

Looking around at the guests, you wish a margarita into each of their hands and declare that the party is back on. Everyone cheers as they scatter and get back to partying. Turning to Genie still clinging to your arm, you say, "Actually, I'm going to call you Nasim. Now, Nasim, let's go mingle with the guests."

"As you wish, master."
