"Ow..." Luffy moaned as he felt Kaya wrapping his arm up. He had made an attempt on trying out his idea for his Gear Fourth, but the rebound on his body had been absolute ****.

"You're so reckless," Kaya sighed as she kept treating his wounds. She was no Chopper, but she was coming along. Luffy really had to admit, having a secondary doctor for his crew, and a member of his harem was a great idea.

"Yeah, I know, but so long as I win, it's all good right?" he sniggered weakly, before yelping as Kaya tightened the bandage, a tick mark on her temple.

"And if you don't win, you're going to make yourself into a sitting duck," she pointed out. Luffy chuckled sheepishly, getting a glance at her bust subtly as she worked. "I'm going to get some more bandages, don't move from this spot," she ordered him, before walking off to where she had put her medical bag.

Luffy watched her ass as she walked, regretting the fact that it was covered up... Before remembering he had a remedy for that problem, and quickly pulled out the Sex Note, opening it, and pondering what to write.
