Let’s follow the kid for a bit

The boy, Lincoln, was thrilled with the gift this nice man had given him. Usually, his parents made him go on these nature walks every day. But after taking control of their wills, his first decree was for them to head home.

Once there, Lincoln rushed to his room and grabbed a pen and a piece of paper. He quickly started to scribble the new rules of the house that he would show his parents, then hang up on the fridge for posterity. This meant things like having pizza and ice cream every night, not going to school anymore, and being allowed to play video games at all hours of the day and night.

His father could keep his job to provide money for Lincoln, but Mom would quit her career as a teacher to be her son’s full-time maid. She would dote on him, ordering him food and buying him the newest games, all while dressed in a bikini and wearing a smile. She would refer to him as “King Lincoln” and kneel before the throne she would purchase for him to sit on while he relaxes.

He finished writing, and handed the paper to his parents. They nodded in understanding, with Dad ringing up the pizza place and Mom hopping on her computer to access the video game company’s website. Lincoln giggled and commanded her to get everything on the screen as his father got in the car to pick up tubs of Butter pecan from the grocery store.
