Who does Aaron go for?
Let's see who's left.
Aaron made a quick circle of the room before everyone started to leave for the night. Casually walking past Alexa because he knew Melissa would be watching, he timed his message so that Daniel would be out of earshot, “Melissa suspects.”
Alexa’s eyes went wide at the possible implications on the eve of her wedding day. “I’ll talk to her,” Alexa told him before Daniel started walking back over with his parents.
Ducking away before he got stuck talking to his employee and rival, Aaron saw Vinny break off from the party and head off into the hotel. Now was his chance to corner the two bridesmaids he’d been talking with before they got away. Walking over, Aaron cursed his luck as Bernice made her way off too, no doubt gone to chase after Vinny for the night and try and seal the deal with him. No matter, it just gave Aaron the chance to try his luck with Gillian by himself without her girlfriend.
“Good evening Gillian,” Aaron began, “such a wonderful location for a wedding. I’m so excited for tomorrow.”
Gillian smiled in tight white jeans and yellow tunic top. The colour along with her bright blonde hair reminding Aaron of a sunflower. A sunflower he wanted to turn into a night flower.
“It’s lovely. I have the cutest little room,” she bubbled.
Running a successful company with many workers, Aaron had booked the best room the hotel had to offer. Besides the bridal suite that was. He couldn’t really take that from Daniel this weekend as he had taken Alexa before.
“Oh I had a great big room up on the top floor,” Aaron told Gillian, hoping material things would impress her.
“Wow! How big is it?” she asked. The kind of reaction in her Aaron had hoped for.
“I’m not sure. Would you like to come up and look?” Just leave the bait dangling in the water…
“Sure. I’d love to see it,” Gillian enthused.
And we have a bite!
Aaron made sure to get Gillian out of the room as quickly as possible then. He didn’t want any more eyes prying into his business. While Melissa was distracted talking with Alexa he ushered Gillian from the dining room and led her to elevators. The ride to the top floor was quick and the elevator empty.
Opening the door to his room and then leaving it wide for Gillian to walk in, he watched the pretty blonde as she walked around the spacious room in amazement.
“It’s huge!” she gaped at the size of the suite that had its own kitchen, sitting room and a joining bathroom with shower, bath and spa.
“I wish my boyfriend was here so we could get a room like this together,” Gillian said as she wandered off to look at the bathroom.
Boyfriend! Damn it! He hadn’t heard that Gillian was seeing anyone. That could make things harder. What kind of person starts seeing someone and then comes to a wedding alone? And a bridesmaid no less. Everyone knew it was a bridesmaid right to hook up with whoever they chose at a wedding. Why cut yourself off beforehand?
How will Aaron handle this speedbump?

The Groomsman
One vow broken already
Alexa should be preparing to say, "I do," to her fiancée, instead she's saying, "I'll do anything," with one of his groomsmen.
