The video starts (after a pompous and extravagant opening title that you assume was some sort of obligatory tradition) with the King himself facing the recording device. He appears large in stature, though most of his body is covered in so much regalia that it's hard to tell if it's fat or muscle. The regalia in fact dwarfs his head - an effect not helped by his large bushy black beard with faint streaks of grey, alongside a garishly bulbous headpiece that supposedly must represent a crown. You can vaguely make out that his skin is blue.

"Greetings, Miss Lazarus," He begins, his voice bearing a haughty yet troubled timbre, "I have been informed by reliable sources that you are one of the best in the known universe at solving..." - His presumed brow furrows as he briefly halts his speech - "...unusual concerns, as one might say. And, well, it just so happens that I have one of these... concerns, and it also concerns my, ah, my daughter." He swallows. Is that sweat on his forehead or just a really fancy earring? "Princess Roxanne."

Seems he's having a hard time putting his problem into words.
