You take a moment to contemplate your choices before deciding to stay. The chance to get an easy lay outweighs the easy way out. Besides, you now know where the exit is. As long as you don't get lost; you'll be able to come back at any time if things get too problematic. Without much more thought, you turn and follow the twins down the corridor they disappeared to.

It would seem that they had traveled farther, or maybe the shadowy tunnel is more twisted than you expected as turning the first corner just garnered more tunnel. You knew they couldn't go far and press onward when suddenly there's a noise ahead of you. You squint and see a shadowy figure lurch out of a hole in the ceiling and land in front of you. The hunched figure and wheezing creature approaches you and if you hadn't already run into them would may have triggered a more visceral reaction. It would seem that one of the ratlings had made it between you and the huntresses.

"Man-thing..." It speaks with a deep and guttural voice and is preceded by an uncomfortable chittering noise, "I knew I smelled-scent things in the tunnel! Will take to breeding pit-hole or kill-stab until he's dead-dead!"

The ratling chitters excitedly and stands to its full length which still leaves you head and shoulders taller than it as it brandishes a short blade at you. It doesn't look particularly intimidating, but you recall Saki mentioning that when alone, they were quite devious enemies.
