What's next?
Let's make some trouble
A few minutes pass, and Drek sends the signal to sound the alarm.
Lana (to yourself): Finally! Been waiting for this the whole day! Now, let's make some trouble!
You hop off the crate and walk to the door of the stockpile to get out of it. Midway, the door opens and Shaak Ti enters with a squad of clone troopers.
Shaak Ti (as they enter): I sensed her presence in the vicinity, check every room!
Commander (pointing at you): General, there she is!

Lana (to yourself): Oh well, that was way faster than I expected!
The clones point their rifles at you, but the Jedi master remains calm and doesn't grab her weapon.
Shaak Ti: Lana Ordo. Why am I not surprised to find you here with Drek and Ranvi? What is your game? Why coming here when half the galaxy is hunting you?
Lana: Master, I... I would like to talk this through, but first... You'll have to trust me on this.
Shaak Ti: Lana, I am in no position to decide anything, I have to bring you to the council to...
Lana (lifting two crates up with the ****): I know master, I'll go there, but as I said, you'll have to trust me on this one. I won't ask you to go easy on me, but you have to believe me, I have no intention of harming anybody!
Shaak Ti (igniting her lightsaber as you lift the crates): Lana, put those crates down!
Lana: Sorry master, "I am in no position to decide anything"!
You send one of the crates against the lights on the ceiling, the other against the emergency button on the wall. The lights go out temporarily, before the backup lights are turned on automatically. As for the emergency button... The whole base is now on alert, thanks to your move. Satisfied, you pull your sabers out and ignite them both with a big smile, facing your opponents eagerly.

Shaak Ti: Lana, this is your last chance to surrender! Put down your sabers and come with me peacefully!
Drek (on your comlink as Shaak Ti is talking): Good job Lana, we're in! I'll get this done in no time and...! Oh, never mind, Ranvi says, not to get yourself killed!
Lana (on your comlink): Don't worry about me, I'll manage, I just have a Jedi master and a few tens of thousands of clones to handle, nothing serious on my end! See you later!
Lana (to Shaak Ti): I can't do that master... I'm sorry.
Shaak Ti: Set your weapons to stun, do not kill her!
They start firing their weapons, as their general instructed, with stun shots. You deflect them back at the clones, yet Shaak Ti defends them from your counterattacks.

It is clear that the whole fight will be hopeless to win, all you can and want to do is buy enough time for your friends to finish their hacking. It'll all come down to your stamina and resourcefulness. The endless volleys of blaster shots flying rapidly in your direction are becoming impossible to counter for long, so instead of standing your ground and fighting them face to face, you flee behind some huge crates and catch your breath there. Shaak Ti instructs them to divide their forces into smaller groups and look for you from multiple directions to cut your line of possible escape. You put your sabers away and wait for the clones to come closer. When a group of 5 of them turns to look behind the crate you are hiding behind, you **** pull them to yourself and knock them out one by one with your bare fists. Bare fists with Beskar armour on them, of course. When a new group spots you from behind, you dodge their shots and push them against a crate, and knock them out with that move. With some of them incapacitated and all the others now knowing where you are, due to the loud noise you have just made, you attempt to rush to the door with **** speed. Some clones fire at you, but their shots cannot hit a Jedi using **** speed naturally. By the time you are but a few steps away from leaving the room, the Jedi master halts your escape by **** freezing you. Not allowing to be bested so easily, you break the bondage she put on you and attempt to counter her with your own. Yet, she is a master for a reason, before you could do anything, she lifts you up and presses you against the ceiling, immobilizing you.

In seconds, you could break free once more, but you cannot. Because her clones now concentrate their stun blasts at their motionless target. You are peppered by them and appropriately pass out due to the high dose of tranquilizers. All goes dark. The next thing you know is you wake up in a medbay, some droid is talking and a Kaminoan woman is staring at you from your side. You want to sit up, but you are bound to the bed with **** restricting bonds.
Medical droid: ...Consciousness regained. All physical parameters are normal. The patient is awakening.
Kaminoan (stepping away and leaving the room): She is awake, master Jedi, there is no further need for me. I shall leave you two alone.
Shaak Ti: Thank you doctor. You have been **** for a few hours, maybe my troopers have overdone their part. But who could blame them? They have no idea how to fight a Jedi. Now then, I think we have a little talking to do, do you not agree?

Lana: What choice do I have, bound like this?
Shaak Ti: I see your fiery tongue has not changed during the time we have not seen each other. To be honest, I did not feel anything dark about your intentions when we captured you, so it only further fueled my curiosity about your sudden appearance in this base. Hence, I did a little talk to your friends, who were trying to slice our database.
Lana (worried): Oh no, did I not buy enough time for them? Ah, this all might have been for nothing then...
Ranvi (walking into the room happily): Quite the contrary! We found what we came for!
Lana: Ranvi! Wait, you guys weren't arrested?
Shaak Ti: They would have been, had they not been able to provide proof of your innocence. But we would better discuss this in private, on our way back to Coruscant.
Lana: Back to Coruscant?
Ranvi: Master Shaak Ti has contacted them about the data we managed to download. It contains everything we needed and... More.
Shaak Ti (pressing a button to unlock your bonds): As I said, we should not discuss this here. Follow me, my ship is ready to take you three back to the council.
You follow her and fly to the Jedi temple. On the way Drek explains what they had discovered. There were dozens of files about a secret experiment going on for years, which was trying to clone Jedi. So far, all the test subjects either died or didn't possess the ****. Yet, there is one mention about one who survived and was taken away from Kamino in complete secrecy. All that is known is the DNA of the donor, which turns out to be you. No researcher, sample collector, or client is named, the whole project has been top secret, kept hidden even from the Jedi themselves. Shaak Ti felt it best not to confront the Kaminoans about the matter just yet, first, she would like to discuss this with the other masters in person. And bring the evidence of your innocence to them, so they can cancel the manhunt that was launched against you. You happily hug your friends who helped you clear your name by risking everything for you. When you thank them, they laugh it off and claim you would have done the same for either of them, anytime. Furthermore, they now have time to tell you just how many things have happened since you left. Coruscant has been invaded by the Separatists, and they managed to kidnap the Chancellor. Dooku was killed in combat, Palpatine was rescued, but Grievous managed to escape. Though successfully rescued by Anakin and Obi-Wan, tensions have been on the rise between the Supreme Chancellor and the Jedi council. Shaak Ti confirms that Anakin has been tasked with spying on Palpatine, a real souring of relations between the two most powerful institutions of the Republic. On the bright side of things, the war has never been this close to being over, with Count Dooku dead, Grievous remains the sole military leader of the CIS, save for Sidious, of course. Republic Intelligence says, they have evidence of the CIS leaders all returning to their respective homeworlds to gather whatever they need before being transported to a single planet where they can be better protected by the gradually diminishing Separatist army. If RI can truly confirm this, one final strike is to be launched against all the main worlds of the Confederacy, with a strike team hitting each planet and capturing their respective leaders. But that is a story for an other day, for now, you have your own problem to settle with the council.
As the matter is presented to the council, they all turn rather grim about the matter. Some masters outright claim how the council could have been so blind, by not noticing that cloning experiments had been conducted on Jedi, on a Republic world. A few of them even accuse the Chancellor of treason, as the head of state and supreme leader of the Republic Army. The accusers suggest an immediate vote of confidence to be held in the Senate against him. They promise to look further into the case, but for now, all they share with you is the drop of the charges against you. Then, you are asked to leave, as they want to discuss this concerning issue privately. You bow and leave respectfully, even though none of them even tried to believe you when you tried to claim your innocence. Frustrated, but not showing it, you return to your room, which you had not seen for weeks. You wait for any news about anything. As you meditate, you sense a familiar presence, a faint one, but you are certain it is real. You jump out of your bed and run to the med bay, where you sense it. As you open the door, you spot an old acquaintance of yours being cared for by two medical droids.
Lana (loudly and surprised): It's you! You are alive! But, how?! How did you get here?!
Valare (as if she was suffering from a hangover): Could you keep it down a little...? My head feels as if a whole herd of Banthas had been tromping on it for days...
Lana: Oh, by the ****, it's so good to see you! How on Terra did you get here of all places?! How did you survive?!
Valare: Yeah, well, that's an interesting story... After our little adventure on Korriban, Sidious was trying, very effectively, to shatter my spirit. Just before he was able to end my connection to the ****, I managed to cut my connection to my lightsaber, ending my presence in this world. But instead of becoming one with the **** or being gone forever, fragments of my being remained scattered around the tomb we were in. Later, I was told it must have had something to do with the powerful **** lightning that was tormenting me, their **** energies mixing with mine didn't quite allow me to leave this world. Many days have passed as I was drifting in oblivion, when a strangely speaking voice called out for me. It turned out to be none other than your grand master, Yoda. He was visiting Korriban for some reason, and he found my being shattered as it was. He said he had recently learnt how to communicate with **** ghosts, that's how he could talk to me. He offered to help me rebuild myself, brought my fragmented being together as well as he could, and brought me here to be rebuilt.
Lana: Wow... And how exactly are you going to be rebuilt? And why would he help a Sith be "rebuilt"?
Valare (chuckling): I'm not such an evil Sith like I once was... The time we spent together has had its influence on me. Bah, my old acolyte friends from the Sith Academy would humiliate me endlessly if they heard I gave my life for a Jedi! As for the rebuilt part, Master Yoda comes to visit me daily, he sits next to me and meditates, channeling his **** energy to me, instructing the midiclorians to form a physical body for me.

Having heard Qui-Gon Jinn's voice and learnt that there may be life through the **** after ****, Yoda set out to explore the mysteries of the ****, encountering both the light and the dark aspects of it, unlike the other council members (save for Master Windu, who was an occasional dark side user, but never truly mastered it). Learning about **** ghosts and the communication with them, the old master's journey took him to the dark planet of Korriban.
Lana: Amazing. And if I think about it... To influence the midiclorians like that, that's... Not really Jedi like.
Valare: I, too, was surprised to see a Jedi master do such a thing, but a woman can't be picky when it comes to her body, can she?
Lana: That we can agree on!
Valare: It was good to see you girl, but I need to rest. Be well out there and don't you dare do anything fun without me!
Lana (teasing): No promises! Get well soon, we have a galaxy to have fun in!
