Leave it be

Well you've certainly enjoyed yourself, and you find that this young elf girl is all you need for the moment. Small she may be, but this young elf is an absolute firecracker, and you spend much of the remaining day and almost the entire night fucking her in every possible way imaginable. When morning comes though, you leave her asleep in her bed and move on.

Now you've got a few options to consider. What to do next? Perhaps you could wander up towards the mountains, and try to find that lost city that people are always going on about, Arok Carr. You tried looking before and failed, but perhaps you'll have more success this time. There's said to be a great treasure there, but nobody's managed to visit the city in over two hundred years now, so it might be a very dangerous quest indeed.

And then there's also the island of Marssa off to the east- you could take a trip down to the coast and then cross over the ocean. Marssa is ruled by a powerful sorcerer, though a benevolent one, and where there's sorcery there's quests, and where there's quests there's... well, it's fairly obvious by now.
