Chapter 130 by Twisted_Fellow Twisted_Fellow

Option 1 or 2? (Alternate answers welcome.)

Learning about Ln'eta

Blair moans softly as Ellinor gently bites her right breast. "Ellinor, I need you to stop and answer the question." She gently smacks Ellinor's ass with both hands, sending two waves of submissive pleasure through Ellinor's body. Ellinor hisses, holding back a moan. "O-okay..." Her body presses gently against Blair's. "Ln'eta, Ln'eta..." She lays her head upon Blair's breasts. Her fingertips gently running along the small of Blair's back. "It sounds familiar..." Blair kisses the top of Ellinor's head. "We're not in a rush, but... The longer it takes to remember, the less time we'll have to have fun together."

Ellinor softly groans. "Right..." About a minute later, her body twitches. "Oh! I remember!" Blair lifts a brow. "Okay. Spit it out." Ellinor nuzzles her cheek gently against Blair's breast. "Ln'eta is an alternate name for one of the Great Old Ones, Cthulhu. Before I continue, have you heard of Cthulhu?" Blair tilts her head a little. "I have, but only through a few video games I've played. He was depicted as a giant green octopus-headed bipedal eldritch horror with a huge set of wings." Ellinor snuggles closer to Blair. "That information is somewhat accurate."

Blair tilts her head a little. "Is it now?"

Ellinor: "That's a fairly basic description of him as Cthulhu, but not as Ln'eta."

Blair: "What's the difference?"

Ellinor: "Ln'eta isn't male for starters."

Blair: "I like where this is going."

Ellinor giggles. "Perv. Well, much like the normal story goes. She, and the other Great Old Ones, are currently asleep. Unlike the original tale of ten thousand years of darkness under her rule when she awakens, the world will descend into madness before being destroyed."

Blair blinks. "That doesn't sound good at all."

Ellinor: "Indeed. So, why do you ask?"

Blair looks slightly off to the right. "No reason..."

Ellinor: "I know you can lie better than that. You found something related to her, didn't you?"

Blair pouts. "...."

Ellinor sighs. "So, what did you find?"

Blair: "It looks like a book. It's called How to Survive Ln'eta..."

Ellinor stands up, backing up slightly. "You have her Necronomicon!?"

Blair shrugs. "I don't know for certain, but I think so." Ellinor looks around carefully. "Well, we're in an illusion barrier. It should be safe to bring it out here. May I see it?" Blair uses a mental command to open her inventory and reaches in to pull it out. Upon touching it, she hears the ocean all around her and a whisper of a cutesy and strong feminine voice gurgling the words, "I see you, Blair." before fading. The pink leather book with golden edged pages was in her hands. "Sure, but be careful. I, I hear someone whispering to me every time I touch it." Caesar growls lowly while staring at the book.

Ellinor reluctantly reaches for it before pulling her hand back. Her eyes glancing at Caesar. "In that case, I think looking at it without touching it should be enough." She looks at Blair. "Could you open it for me?" Blair complies, opening it up before holding it in front of Ellinor's face. Caesar barks before she looks at him. "It's all right, Caesar. It's just a book." Ellinor focuses on the book. "This is fascinating. I'm surprised that it's pink, but judging by the leather, symbol on the front, and writing inside. This is a Necronomicon. It's rumored to be an immensely powerful book."

Blair lifts a brow. "You think so?" Ellinor nods slightly. " I wouldn't be surprised if this book could bring about the end of the world." Caesar barks a few more times at the book. Blair sighs. "Caesar, please be quiet." He lets out a soft whimper before nuzzling against her leg. She gently rubs the top of his head while looking at Ellinor. "Don't you think that's a bit of an exaggeration?" Ellinor shakes her head. "No, since you said the title of the book is How to Survive Ln'eta, the contents are most certainly about how to summon her first. If it can teach you how to survive an encounter with such a being. I can only imagine what horrors you'll be able to unleash from that point on, Blair."

Blair looks slightly downward. "I see. That's if she will grant me power at all." She lightly exhales from her nostrils. "She might just bring destruction and madness with her. Hmph! I would love to see the look on Zane's face when it happens." Ellinor pouts. "I understand what he did to Nora was wrong, and cruel to you, but is it really worth all this?" Blair clenches her right hand into a fist. "I will do anything to see that man suffer for what he did." Ellinor leans in a bit closer. "Even if it kills me too?"

Blair turns slightly away. "I didn't say that. I will keep you safe. I won't let anything bad happen to you as long as I live." Ellinor's cheeks turn bright red. "I, I see." She turns her attention back to the book. "Oh, um. It has a list of items you'll need before beginning the ritual to summon Ln'eta. You'll need five candles, a bucket of raw fish, and a kris dagger. Further instructions will be made clear once you light the five candles in a dark room." Blair glances at the book. Just then, a quest appeared in the center of her view.

The Summoning of Ln'eta! 1 of 3

Prepare by collecting the following items: Candle x 5, Bucket of Raw Fish, and Kris Dagger.

- Light Candle x 5 in a dark room.

- Chant the following three times: U'nuk Kul'rin Oolunika.

- Draw a pentagram in fish blood using the Kris Dagger.

- Chant the following five times: Alio Pri'ewk La-shik.

Reward: Ln'eta will grace you with her presence!

This quest will automatically chain into the next quest upon completion.

Shortly after, a small notification appeared underneath it.

P.S. Ln'eta has noticed you. Taking longer than 48 hours to summon her will result in a poor introduction. Anything less than 6 hours will vastly improve her mood.

She blinks upon reading that. 'I should have known...' She gently closes the book before slipping it back into her inventory. "We need to leave as soon as possible." Ellinor blinks. "Why? What's wrong?" Blair looks toward the Flaskey sitting on the small pile of sand. "I need to summon Ln'eta as soon as possible." Ellinor gasps. "W-why? Can your **** not wait a day or two?" Blair looks into Ellinor's eyes. "I was just informed that her mood will vastly improve if I summon her in less than six hours. And I want her to be in a good mood." Caesar softly whines before walking over to Ellinor.

Ellinor softly rubs the top of his head while nodding slightly. "I understand." Her eyes glance at the Flaskey upon the small pile of sand. "Um, the Flaskey should be safe to use now." Blair walks over to it and picks it up. "How do I use it?" Ellinor takes it gently from Blair. "It'll be easier if I just show you." She says while walking toward the dark water doorway. She points the Flaskey's tip at the center of the doorway. "Lock away the vile liquid in front of me." She says as she touches the Flaskey's tip to the dark water.

Upon doing so, a high-pitch hum is heard emanating from the Flaskey. The dark water doorway is slowly siphoned into the Flaskey, filling it with dark water and changing its once clear appearance to the same color as the substance filling it. It takes a little under a minute to empty the room that had once been filled with dark water. Once the room was empty, the Flaskey's tip was covered by the same material the rest of it was made from. Ellinor turns and offers the filled Flaskey to Blair. "The key word is lock away before saying what vile thing you wish to suck into the Flaskey."

Blair takes it gently. "Is this thing even safe to carry around?" Ellinor tilts her head slightly and shrugs. "Sort of. Once it's filled, it becomes a weapon of sorts. It isn't easy to break it, but once broken its contents will spill out and kill anything, short of a demigod, in a matter of seconds." Blair looks it over before looking at Ellinor. "What will it take to break this?" Ellinor scratches the top of her head. "It's only strong against magical and chemical changes. So, it'll shatter as easily as any low-quality glass object would." Blair nods before casting Observe on it.

Observe:

Dark Water Flaskey. Rare Quality. This Flaskey is filled to the brim with a small room's worth of dark water. If broken, this object will release its contents within a 10 yd area from its center. Anything within will lose 50,000 health over two seconds. This damage cannot be prevented. Material: Sprite's Dust, Ectoplasm, Sand, and Dark Water. 2/2 Durability.

She opens her inventory and puts it inside. 'That is way too dangerous to leave just anywhere.' Caesar sniffs around the entrance of the room once filled by dark water. Oddly enough, the entrance is as dark as ever. He lets out a soft bark before looking at her and Ellinor. Ellinor giggles. "Yes, it's safe to explore." He sniffs the ground again before stepping into the room. However, he vanishes upon entering the room. Blair looks up at Caesar's portrait and notices his health and mana are full. "Hmm, that's odd."

Ellinor looks at Blair. "To think someone would cast an illusion on the entryway. Do you think he's okay?" Blair nods. "Yeah, he's fine. But that makes me wonder what's in there." She looks at Ellinor. "Just to be on the safe side. I want you to stay here. I'll go in after him." Ellinor walks over to Blair and hugs her tightly. "Okay, but don't keep me waiting. I love you." Blair smiles and kisses Ellinor's cheek. "I promise. I love you too." She approaches the doorway while thinking about what might be inside. What is inside? An undead golem, a powerful lich, special tome of dark magic, lingering dark magic waiting for a host, or something even greater?
