Chapter 6

Who?
Leah

(Model: ThousandHunny)
You look up from the fence you'd been maintaining, glancing over the nearby jumino busily running about carrying crops. A sense of urgency in the jumino gives you a warning someone is coming. They like to hide when you have visitors although you're not sure if anyone other than you and the wizard can see them anyway.
Slowly making her way past the nearest animal pen you spy Leah, she's carrying something which is giving her a little trouble so you quickly make your way over to her.
"Oh! Farmer, I thought you'd be in your house for some reason." She laughs, running a hand over her neatly braided red hair. "Obviously you'd be outside working. Shame I missed watching you." She winks flirtatiously.
You look over the sculpture she's carrying with her, a delicately carved shape of wood, one trunk having been worked down to a shape that twines over and under itself. Leah notices your attention on her peice and seems to blush slightly.
"It's a gift for you actually... But would you mind helping me carry it the rest of the way?" You nod with a smile and easily heft the structure. Leah walks by your side as you lead the way to the house. Leah seems a bit quieter than usual in your experience. Although that might just be because she's too busy trying and failing to slyly watch your arms as you carry her artwork.
As you make it onto your veranda you gently place it down, delicate placement with a firm grip on the wood that Leah has made smooth. She lets out a small noise watching you but when you look up at her there's no sign of it on her face, she just smiles at you.
She leans against the nearest wooden railing, facing towards you. Robin's sturdy carpentry making up your house and the functional structures have served you incredibly well, nothing functional can beat her work. But in terms of aesthetics it's hard to believe Leah's sculpture and Robin's handiwork come from the same base materials.
"So it's a gift for you..." Leah repeats herself. "And as well as a sculpture I guess it's also a... statement, from me." She reaches out to gently brush her fingers over the smooth curving wood. "It took me a lot of time to get it right, but I had a lot of motivation." She clears her throat. "It's called How I feel about Farmer." She refuses to meet your gaze. "It was compicated, to start, gratitude for your encouragement and support. Friendship, admiration..." her fingers softly trail the smooth wood, wrapping around sections where it becomes thin enough to do so, just her finger tips tracing down thicker sections.
Her touch lingers wherever a strand of the structure meets another and coils together. "But as I carved it became simpler, I didn't need so many complications for how I feel." Her voice is slightly breathless as she glaces up at your through her eyelashes. You daren't move and disrupt her as her words flow out of her now faster. "Desire. The meeting of two beings," her left hand wraps a twining point of the wood, squeezing but she's only looking at your now. Her purple eyes glimmering. "Of two bodies. You could consider this a bouquet for you..." she steps closer to you. "I'm too impatient to wait for you Farmer."
You close the distance between the two of you and wrap your arms around her, her lips meet yours hungrily. You lift her up to rest her on the wood of the railing and she wraps her legs around your waist.
+1 relationship with Leah.
