Leah Sat Next to the Coach Reed (Lust: +10 Tenure: -5)

Leah moved toward the Coach Robert Reed. He smiled when he spotted Leah coming near.

"This seat taken?" she asked with a smile to the other teachers crowded around the bland table.

"Go ahead!" he smiled back as he motioned with his hand toward the chair. "Did you hear about this meeting?"

"Heck no. Do they ever plan this stuff ahead?" Leah could see Principal Howard had a disappointed look on his face. Good.

"Like, I got need to be a practice but I have to be here." He shook his head. No one wanted to be there. He was about to add something but was cut off before he could start.

"Alright everyone listen up!" Assistant Principal Kenning said as she paced with a clipboard with "important" information on it.

Assistant Principal Kenning was a short wiry woman with the a short power-style haircut that said "I am a school admin but have no reality of what's happening in classrooms because I haven't been in one for 15 years" kind of cut. Eventually she raised her voice enough to get all the staff's attention. A teacher faculty meeting could be worse than talking over a group of 9th graders sometimes.

She proceeded to tell the brain dead and exhausted teachers a number of new policies sent down by the board and discussed protocols for some homecoming activities that were coming up. Most teacher's acted like they were paying attention long enough until they were passed a flimsy paper that acted as a sign-in sheet.

As AP Kenning continued her enlightening rhetoric Coach Reed leaned forward and whispered.

"How's the school year been going so far?" His tone was friendly--even as he whispered to avoid the prying eyes of AP Kenning.

"Been a bit busy. Kind of hectic honestly. How about you?" She replied

"Yeah, me too. Trying to whip our new players into shape has been a challenge." he shrugged as if hoping the year would just end. Though he did love his job. Coach Reed was constantly at some field event, training, or game. Or he was always working out--he had an excellent physique. A veritable hunk by any standards even if he was a bit of a "meat head" and a gym rat.

"Oh gosh I bet." Leah said consolingly "How's the football team doing this year? Think they will go to State?"

"After that loss to Ridgemont I don't think we will be able to unless we get lucky. But its been a tough line up."
