Laying the rules
It was 3 PM now. Emma went out of the basement rooms. The officers had certified the rooms cleaned an the equipment to be in order. The two cleaners were doing the final cleanings. There was a lot of stuff: ropes, wooden stocks, chains etc... It was in Emma's direct watch to make sure all of this was up to the mark for the next two weeks. She put Rose in charge of the basement and the lift.
She also checked on the clothes. In order to boost libido and mood, CORPONE has a range of stockings bearing the CORPONE logo. Also, over 50 towels and sheets were cleaned. The washing machines was checked as they would have to run overnight to keep up with the demand. Kelly was given the charge of the laundry.
Next was the Lounges, CORPONE allowed the lounges to be used in the 2 weeks free use polishing events. The lounges were made safe, all risky objects were removed in hours and the sofa an other equipment cleaned up. CORPONE wanted the free use event as a way to increase the employee collaboration and connections and boot workplace morale. Lounge duties were given to Mandy who would look after the places for the free use weeks.
Mandy, Kelly and Rose were in their mid 30s and not available in the SPACELINK schemes, although they have volunteered for many events.
Emma started to gather the human resource data. In one hour she will have to present the schedule to the committee and release it to the employees. She was out of time, there was no way to finalize a schedule in such a short time. Next time she would have a plan beforehand. But for now ...
Then it struck her, why not keep it kinky and use a voting method. She started to write down the plan.
Emma was in a meeting room with 15 other member. 10 of the em were males aged between 25-55. 5 were females but aged above 33 and were thus not available per the schemes. Emma was the only one in the committee who was technically available, but was still exempt for this due to her management position.
Emma: 'Earlier today, the SPACELINK polishing package arrived'. There was some perverted smile accross the room.
Patrick (committee chairman): "Ah, I have been waiting to try out the new recruits for a year now, you are at the top of my list. Are you participating?"
Emma (trying to avoid all the male gazes on her): "Well I will ... in the end". She knew that she was on everyone's wish list.
She gathered herself, cleared her throat and led down the rules :
To optimize the procedure, "free use" events will happen from 1 PM until 9 PM. During this period as per the laws, all female rights, apart from health and safety, are suspended. The working hours for participating employees (only) will begin at 11 AM the following day, so that they can catch their breathe and prepare for next day.
Each day starting tomorrow, 10 females will be picked from the available pool of 59 females employees (excluding me). A female picked for one day is not available for voting the next two days. Selecting a female will be done by male voting. All males who want to participate need to register on the preceding day. About 50 males will be selected on first come first serve basis for the next day. Air conditioning and drinking water will have appropriate chemicals mixed in them to keep a sensual mood in the employees and increase their libido. Employees not participating in the free use events should take necessary precautions regarding this issue. Such employees are also encouraged to tease 'available' females to keep them in mood.
For ALL employees, work ends at 5 PM and ALL must leave the premise, unless watching the "free use" events or participating in it. The selected females will not be notified until 4 PM or their pick up time as the voting will go on until last minute. The voting will be honored as much as possible, however due to technical requirements, some changes may be made to suit individual schedules. Females are welcome to have their BFs or husband join in the events once they know they have been picked. There will typically be two session each day one from 1 PM based on voting until then and another from 5 PM. However, the timing can alter as per other official appointments.
These rules may be reviewed after first week.
Caesar (male member of the committee): "Sounds very good! Are you sure that we can deliver in two weeks? What happens if we fail?"
Emma (rather bluntly): "The numbers add up. We will follow a 5:1 male/female ratio as per SPACELINK recommendations. However ... if we fail, then CORPONE will have to pay a penalty and this will reflect on paychecks of the participants with dicks."
Everyone then voted the noticed as OK and Emma to send it to every employee.
Patrick: "One question, you said technical requirements. Generally you decide on this. But any specific decision to be made now?"
Emma: "Yes, a typical example is employees with special official duties such as our receptionists or customer care employees. We will generally try to enlist them on _separate _days so that we can continue with the daily service. We have 3 receptionists currently 'available' : Amy, Stacy and Cathy and 6 'available' customer care employees: Ella, Rebecca, Molly, Elena ... We can vote on these 9 employees' schedule now."
Patrick: "TEN employees ... counting you."
Emma shook her head and agreed.
The committee then voted for the 10 employees' event days.
At 5 pm, an email was sent to all the employees regarding the above notice. Amy received the email and found the enlisted for tomorrow 5 PM session. She let out a wide grin realizing tomorrow, this time she could be dangling tied up from the ceiling, stark naked and dicks slamming into her from all sides.
