Lauren nodded. She took a deep breath and reached for her pants first. She pulled them down revealing her spanx to Tom. She blushed as she then reached for her shirt and pulled that off too. She stood in front of Tom in her padded bra and spanx as Tom looked at her.

Lauren slid her spanx off, her stomach came bulging out causing her to look down at the ground. Tom, noticing Lauren’s embarrassed look whispered. “It’s okay, Lauren. You’re still beautiful.”

“Y-you don’t know,” Lauren whimpered as she reached for her bra and pulled it off. Her silicone padding came tumbling out leaving her standing there almost naked except for her panties which she slid off.

There Lauren stood in front of Tom, naked. Her small flat chest and perky nipples, her hairless crotch, and large booty were all visible and exposed.
