Lauren overestimates herself

Lauren had worn her padded bra and Spanx for so long she'd started to think all the attention and acclaim her perfect figure got her was real. So her vanity stopped being artifice and became hubris. Basically, Lauren ceased to be ashamed of her body but think it was perfect, she just accented it's greatness with a little padding and tucking. Underneath it all, she was still just as hot and just as perfect!
