Lauren apologizes

"Janet!" Abby cried out as she opened the door, giving her sister a hug. "I'm so glad you made it!"

"You didn't actually think miss out on my little sister's baby shower, did you?" Janet asked with a giggle.

Lauren merely looked up at her former victim, her jaw dropping in shock. Gone was the mousey, overweight girl from high school, and in her place stood an attractive, curvy bombshell. The only fat on her was her bulging baby belly, which explained why she was wearing a t-shirt and sweatpants.

Which only reminded Lauren that she was standing in front of her old victim wearing only a diaper!

"And..." Janet finally said as she ushered Lauren through the doorway, "I brought someone else to see you."

"Aww, she's so adorable!" Abby cooed as she looked down at Lauren, closing the door as she lead the two to the living room. "Who is she?"

"Abby," Janet began with a smirk, "this is Lauren. Lauren Adams."

Abby stopped in her tracks as she stared wide eyed at her sister. The pregnant woman then looked down at Lauren again, her jaw dropping as she finally recognized the blushing face in front of her.

"Lauren?!" Abby shouted, completely flabbergasted at what she was seeing. After a few seconds, Abby exploded in a fit of laughter, much to Lauren's chagrin.

"This is the little worm that tormented me in high school?!" Abby asked with a cackle. "How did you get her to dress like this, Jan?"

"I didn't." Janet explained with a giggle, "I found her playing in the sandbox at the park while she was dressed like this."

That only caused Abby to laugh even louder as Lauren hung her red face in shame. "Oh, the girls have got to see this!"

Before Lauren could say anything, Abby grabbed her by the wrist and lead her to the living room, Janet close behind. Once in the living room, Lauren gasped as she saw six other women sitting around a cache of baby clothes, toys, and supplies. The guests looked up to see her and let out a chorus of cooing.

"What an adorable little tyke!" The eldest woman, obviously Janet and Abby's mother, said.

"Mom, everyone." Abby said, introducing everyone to the mortified little woman. "I would like you all to meet the woman who made my high school years a living nightmare, Lauren Adams!"

The entire party let out a collective gasp in shock, a muscular red head with blue eyes spitting out her drink. The guests remained quiet for several seconds, absorbing this information. Suddenly, all five women erupted into fits of laughter. Abby's mother was the only one not laughing, instead choosing to glare down the woman who made her daughter's life a nightmare.

"This is the little brat who you told us about?!" a blonde woman with green eyes asked.

"Well, now we know why she described her as little!" The red head said, cackling madly.

Lauren could only whimper as she bit her quivering lip, mortified beyond all reason.

"As humorous as this is," Janet finally said as the laughter started to die down, "I brought Lauren here for a very important reason. Lauren..."

Janet gave a quick swat to Lauren's diapered butt as the little woman let out a yelp, earning some giggling from the guests. Lauren let out a whimper as she turned to face Abby.

"Abby," Lauren said, turning all shades of red, "I-I'm sorry."

"Sorry for what...?" Janet asked, delivering another swat to Lauren's rear end.

"I'm sorry that I bullied you and made you the laughing stock at senior prom!" Lauren squeaked, jumping again as the other women giggled at the sight.

Abby scratched her chin in thought for a minute, looking down at Lauren for a bit. Suddenly, an idea popped into her head as she gave a small smile.

"I forgive you, Lauren." Abby said sweetly, earning confusion from the others. Abby's mother was just about to say something when she saw the look on her daughter's face, a smile of her own forming as she realized what her daughter was planning.

Janet quickly realized what was happening too, but kept her mouth shut as Lauren turned back to her.

"There! She forgives me!" Lauren stated in a harsh whisper, "Can you please take me home now?"

"But why, Lauren?" Janet said out loud, "We just got here, and I don't intend on missing any of my sister's baby shower!"

"Besides," Abby added, "you two are just in time for games!"

"Oh, I don't -"

"Oh, what kind of games?" Janet asked, interrupting Lauren.

"The usual games." Janet and Abby's mother said. "We were going to use a baby doll like we did at your cousin's baby shower last year, but now," the older woman looked over Lauren once more, "I think that we have a much better baby to use."

The guests let out another chorus of giggles as Janet held on to Lauren's shoulder. The little woman went pale as she soon realized why Abby was so forgiving...
