Later that evening

After getting home and having some dinner I sit infront of my laptop planning out a few workouts for clients before I remember that I forgot to send Resh her nutritionplan for the next week. I click through my folders to look it up and attach it to mail I am about to send her. I type a quick text to apologise that I forgot about it. Right before I am about to hit sent I change the subject to 'A good girls nutrition plan'. With Laura I would add 'cum' as a protein source just for fun, but that wouldn't fly with Resh.

I sent her the mail and only receive back a picture from her later in the evening of her dinner. She doesn't need to do it but she thinks it holds her accountable so I let her do it that way. I chill infront of the TV when my phone lights up. I see a notification that Resh has liked one of my Instagram pictures. I tap the notification and see that she liked an older picture of me shirtless at the beach with friends. A second later that like is gone.
I smile thinking that she stalked me a hit like by accident. I know she is happy with her life and marriage but we all know that sometimes there are desires that can't be pleasured by our lovedones.

I go to bed to get some sleep before my early training tomorrow.
