Late Morning

The house is quiet, but the atmosphere has fundamentally shifted with Alexis’s arrival. She’s already unpacked her things in the guest room and has spent the last hour "helping" Cherie organize the living room—which mostly consists of her suggesting they move the sofa to create a more "open, inviting" space for when the neighbors come over.

Cherie is currently upstairs, finally getting dressed in something more substantial than her robe. Kenzie is out in the backyard, scouting the pool for the "perfect angles" she promised Lisa.

Tyler is in the living room, supposedly "testing" the Wi-Fi signal, but he’s actually staring at the NEURO-PULSE dashboard on his phone, practically pleading with it to work faster.

Alexis is lounging on the newly-positioned sofa, her legs draped over the armrest, nursing a small glass of tequila and orange juice. She knows you're near. She can feel the "weight" of you moving through the hallways.
