Lady Eve’s first night

The city light shimmered against the night sky. A beautiful tapestry that held a hideous dark secret. At the top of a skyscraper a woman sat staring down at the city. “Tonight”, she said out loud, “Tonight is the night.”

In the distance the sound of police sirens blared followed by red and blue lights chasing an unknown criminal. “Show time.”, the woman said standing straight up as the night air caressed her naked body.

She looked out at the city once more then down to ledge she stood on. She shut her eyes before slowly breathing in and out. Quickly she snapped her eyes open as she kicked off the ledge. She jumped higher than possible reaching heights greater than any building in the city. Then she stayed there she didn’t fall or anything, she simply floated through the air.

“No matter how many times I do this it never feels dull.”, she said rubbing her hands across her naked body. “But no time for distractions. It’s time for the city to meet the naked guardian Lady Eve.” She soared through the air a naked blur towards where the police were headed. This was it her chance to stop her first criminal, her chance to make herself known.
